What is a VMU?

A VMU is a virtual minting unit represented by a contract proxy. A list row can group several VMUs with the same term and maturity. Selecting two rows does not necessarily select two VMUs; check the selected VMU count.

A slot can be empty, maturing or claimable. Maturity uses chain time rather than relying only on the computer clock. Estimated XEN values can change and are not a promise of the final result.

Which operation should I choose?

  • General Mint allocates new VMUs and starts minting for the selected term.
  • Create Slots allocates empty VMUs without starting a mint.
  • Empty Slots Mint starts a mint on the number of available empty slots you enter.
  • Claim only withdraws eligible XEN and leaves the slots empty.
  • Claim & Re-Mint claims eligible XEN and starts a new mint on the same selected VMUs.

Before and after signing

Check the chain, account, operation, VMU count, term and wallet transaction details. Counts, terms and IDs must be valid whole numbers. Per-operation limits vary by chain; use the limits shown in the app.

The app reads contract fees and nonce through the wallet before sending; the wallet manages gas pricing. Network gas and any applicable contract fees are separate from whether the source code is available at no charge.

After broadcasting, wait for the receipt and result verification. A submitted hash or a successful receipt alone does not prove every requested VMU changed as expected. Inspect partial-success warnings before taking further action.
